A Little About Me...
I'm Jennifer McDonald & I am in my 5th year at JDHS. I have a BS in Biology from SUNY Albany and a MSEd in Secondary Science from CUNY CSI. I became an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in 1995 and began teaching EMTs in 1997. Currently, I am the lead instructor and skills coordinator for the EMT program at JDHS. The program is designed to provide senior students in the Pre-Med Academy with the opportunity to earn NY state certification as EMTs so they can begin working in the healthcare profession immediately after graduation. Our instructors can also assist with job placement.
