Mindfulness Room OPEN!

Our Mindfulness Room will be open every Friday beginning this week during Lunch periods 4,5,6,& 7 in room 355. 
 
Do you want to practice focusing to improve your grades? 
Do you want less stress in your life? 
Do you want to have more fulfilling relationships? 
Do you want to heal your mind/body? 
Or just have a quiet space to take a minute?
 
All sessions will begin with a structured mindfulness activity followed by a discussion to help build awareness and capacity for self-growth/compassion for themselves and others.
